AURA JEWELS — TERMS OF SERVICE
These Terms of Service apply to purchases made from the Aura Jewels online store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms limits the mandatory rights granted to consumers under Dutch or European Union law.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, materials, dimensions, colours and images accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting and screen settings.
JEWELLERY MATERIALS AND CARE
Product pages identify the materials used, such as copper and zirconia, where applicable. Customers must follow the jewellery-care instructions provided. Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, exposure to chemicals or improper storage are not manufacturing defects.
PRICES AND TAXES
Prices are displayed in euros and include applicable VAT where required. Delivery charges and any other applicable costs are shown before the order is confirmed.
ORDERS
After placing an order, you will receive an electronic confirmation. This confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order but does not prevent us from cancelling an order where a product is unavailable, a price is clearly incorrect, payment cannot be authorised or fraud is reasonably suspected.
If we cancel an order after payment, all amounts paid for the cancelled items will be refunded.
PAYMENT
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. Payment must be successfully authorised before an order is dispatched.
DELIVERY
Delivery destinations, charges and available delivery methods are shown during checkout. Aura Jewels bears the risk of loss or damage until the order is delivered to the customer or a person designated by the customer.
Please ensure that the delivery address is complete and accurate.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
Consumers generally have 14 calendar days after receiving an online order to exercise their right of withdrawal. The procedure, conditions, exceptions and return costs are explained in our Return and Refund Policy.
The customer pays the direct return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged upon arrival or incorrect.
LEGAL GUARANTEE
Products must conform to the purchase agreement and to what a customer may reasonably expect. Your statutory rights concerning defective or non-conforming products remain fully applicable.
COMPLAINTS
Send complaints to contact@aurajewels.eu with your name, order number and a clear description of the issue. We aim to acknowledge complaints promptly and provide a substantive response within 14 days.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Aura Jewels name, branding, photographs, product descriptions, graphics and website content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or commercially used without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
PROHIBITED USE
You may not use the website for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes, interfere with its security, introduce malicious code, scrape content without permission or infringe the rights of Aura Jewels or another person.
LIABILITY
Aura Jewels is responsible for loss that is a foreseeable consequence of our breach of these terms or applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances reasonably beyond our control. This does not affect your rights when delivery is not completed within the agreed or legally required period.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Mandatory consumer protections in the customer’s country of residence continue to apply. Disputes may be submitted to a competent court under applicable law.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these terms. The version applicable to an order is the version displayed when that order is placed.
