AURA JEWELS — RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after the day you receive your order, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, contact us within the 14-day period at contact@aurajewels.eu and provide your name, order number, the items concerned, and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.

After notifying us, you must return the products within 14 days.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Products should be returned unworn, unused, undamaged, and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging with all accessories and labels included.

You may inspect the product as you would in a physical store. You may be held responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the product’s nature, characteristics, and proper functioning.

Please include your order number or proof of purchase with the return.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

The customer is responsible for the direct cost and risk of returning the order. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service. Aura Jewels is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during return transport.

If the product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect, Aura Jewels will cover the reasonable return shipping costs. Please contact us before sending such an item back and include clear photographs.

EXCEPTIONS

Personalised or custom-made products cannot be returned unless they are defective or do not correspond to the order.

For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings supplied in sealed hygienic packaging cannot be returned once the seal has been opened, unless the product is defective.

REFUNDS

After a valid withdrawal, we will refund the purchase price and, when the complete order is returned, the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered at checkout.

Additional costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method are not refundable.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned products or until you provide proof that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may apply.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact contact@aurajewels.eu as soon as possible with your order number and photographs so that we can resolve the issue.

EXCHANGES

The quickest way to obtain another item is to return the original product and place a new order after your return has been accepted.
