AURA JEWELS — SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are normally prepared within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or Dutch public holidays.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery options and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout. As general guidance, delivery normally takes approximately 5 to 10 business days after dispatch.

These estimates are not guaranteed. Unless another period has been expressly agreed, orders will be delivered within the legally applicable maximum period of 30 days.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout before payment. Any free-shipping offer and its conditions will be clearly stated on the store.

ORDER TRACKING

When tracking is available, the customer will receive a shipping-confirmation email containing the tracking information.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact contact@aurajewels.eu immediately if an address needs to be corrected. An address cannot always be changed after dispatch.

FAILED OR REFUSED DELIVERY

If a shipment is returned because the address was incorrect, incomplete, refused or not collected, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping it, except where Aura Jewels or the carrier caused the problem.

DELAYS

Carrier delays, customs procedures and exceptional circumstances may affect delivery times. If an order is significantly delayed, contact contact@aurajewels.eu.

LOSS OR DAMAGE

Aura Jewels bears the risk of loss or damage until the order is delivered to the customer or a person designated by the customer.

Inspect the parcel upon delivery. Report damaged, missing or incorrect products as soon as possible and provide the order number, photographs of the parcel and photographs of the product.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import VAT or handling fees may be charged by the destination country. Unless stated otherwise during checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
